These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PayMagic and the transactions carried out through the platform.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services and transactions carried out via PayMagic between sellers and buyers.

Account and Identity

Users must provide accurate and verifiable identity and billing information. PayMagic reserves the right to suspend any suspicious or incomplete account.

Use of the Platform

PayMagic is a payment interface allowing professionals to sell services or projects online. PayMagic does not intervene in the service delivery and acts solely as a technical intermediary.

Payments and Pricing

Prices are set by the seller and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely. PayMagic may apply a commission according to its pricing policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies are defined by the seller. PayMagic is not responsible for disputes between seller and buyer. However, PayMagic may assist in resolving conflicts.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Liège, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
